Education:
As a Georgia native, Philip Holloway began his career as a criminal law attorney in 1996 after he graduated summa cum laude from South Texas College of Law. From college, he went on to serve as an officer and Judge Advocate in the United States Navy. While on active duty, then Lieutenant Holloway graduated from the Naval Justice School's advanced trial advocacy course and earned certification as trial and defense counsel. Mr. Holloway has served as Assistant District Attorney, President of the Cobb County Bar Association Criminal Law Section, and has taught in the field of constitutional law as adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice at nearby Kennesaw State University.
